The latest round of updates to Case Management expands on that, supporting your team's workflow and reducing friction.

Flexible Application Entry Points

Every deal is different. Some applicants are ready to self-serve while others need a bit more guidance. These enhancements to Case Management introduce three distinct ways to bring on a new business, so your team can match the ideal approach to each situation without workarounds.

  • Send an Invite: For a completely hands-off experience, send an invite and let the applicant own the process from start to finish. This is ideal when you want to keep your team focused on higher-priority reviews.
  • Quick Add: Perfect for initial reviews or preliminary research. You can pull up a business overview, pre-fill basic information, and get a high-level look before deciding whether to move forward.
  • Start an Application: This is best for sales agents already sitting down with a prospect or who have information on hand. Walk through the onboarding flow directly, and everything is automatically populated in the case.

Enhanced Editing Capabilities

Once onboarding is complete, underwriters can stay inside the UI they already know. There's no need to switch contexts or learn a separate system. Case Management 2.0 brings more flexibility and visibility directly into the review experience.

Enhanced editing capabilities allow underwriters to update information without leaving the page. Color-coded indicators make it easy to see exactly who made an edit and when.

We've also made Case Management more actionable. New at-a-glance checks surface key flags immediately, so nothing slips through the cracks. Click any flagged item to jump directly to that section of the case and see a focused view of the related action items without scrolling.

Smarter Re-Run Verifications

Worth always surfaces the highest-confidence match, but if an update is needed for any reason, underwriters have full editing control. You can view additional high-confidence alternatives and select the correct match directly, with descriptions visible alongside codes during search to make the process even more intuitive.

After editing fields, you can re-run integrations directly from within the case. Worth intelligently determines which integrations need to be re-run based on what changed, keeping costs low without sacrificing accuracy. And whenever you update information and re-run integrations, a fresh 360 report is automatically generated to reflect the latest data so that your team is always working from the most current picture.
